Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing alexodealflow.com or using any service we provide, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the website or services.

2. Services

Alexo Dealflow (a product vertical of Alexo Digital LLC) offers three productized services to real estate wholesalers:

• AI Accelerator Lite. $297/month SaaS subscription. Custom website + automation + 1 SEO blog/month. Standard SaaS model. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. On cancellation, account access ends and the website goes offline. No asset retention.
• AI Accelerator Pro. $497/month SaaS subscription. Lite stack + AI voice agent + AI chat + 2 SEO blogs/month + AEO foundation. Same SaaS terms as Lite.
• AI Dealflow Accelerator. $5,000 one-time engagement fee plus $5,000/month ad spend paid directly to Google plus 10% performance fee on assignment fees from leads we generate. 90-day engagement. Asset retention applies (client owns website + 30 SEO articles + Google Ads campaign architecture + negative keyword library + conversion tracking forever after Day 91). Full terms in the engagement contract.

3. Guarantee mechanics (AI Dealflow Accelerator only)

AI Dealflow Accelerator carries a conditional performance guarantee: 5 closed wholesale assignment fees within 90 days, or full refund of the $5,000 engagement fee. The guarantee is conditional on Client executing the operational standards spelled out in the engagement contract (Exhibit A). Violations of those standards void the guarantee. Ad spend is non-refundable (paid directly to Google, not Provider).

"Closed deal" = wired wholesale assignment fee. If Client takes a deal down themselves (buy to flip or hold) from leads Provider generated, that counts against one of the 5.

4. Subscription cancellation (Lite and Pro)

Lite and Pro are month-to-month SaaS subscriptions. Cancel any time with 30 days written notice to lorenzo@alexodigital.com. On cancellation: account access ends, the custom website goes offline, the CRM and AI voice agent infrastructure stop running. No prior-month refunds. Same standard SaaS pattern Carrot uses.

5. Asset retention scope

Asset retention applies ONLY to AI Dealflow Accelerator graduates. Lite and Pro subscriptions do NOT include asset retention. The custom website built for Lite or Pro clients is part of the subscription and ceases to be hosted on cancellation. Clients who want to retain the website forever should engage at the AI Dealflow Accelerator tier.

6. Payment

Lite and Pro: monthly card billing via Stripe. Failed payments: 7-day grace period, then services pause until billing is resolved. AI Dealflow Accelerator: $5,000 engagement fee paid via card or ACH before engagement begins. Ad spend paid directly to Google by Client. Performance fees billed within 7 days of each qualifying assignment fee wired.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes, fraudulent real estate practices, or any activity that violates applicable wholesale-investment regulations in your state. We reserve the right to terminate any client engagement found in violation.

8. Disclaimer of results

Past client results (testimonials, case studies, benchmark numbers cited on the website) are not guarantees of future performance for any new client. The AI Dealflow Accelerator guarantee is the only performance guarantee we offer and is conditional on Exhibit A as described above.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Alexo Digital LLC's total liability to any client for any claim is capped at the total amount paid by the client to Alexo Digital LLC in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas (where Alexo Digital LLC is registered). Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Cameron County, Texas.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
